Have you ever felt like your body and your mind weren’t communicating correctly? Or maybe it feels like you’ve been locked out of your body entirely? Or, perhaps, your lived experience has always centered around your thoughts, and you haven’t always felt like you were in control of those thoughts.

My approach to therapy honors the individual as a whole: mind, body, past, present, and future. I have found that a happy body does often make a happy mind, especially if trauma has made it harder for body and mind to talk to each other in a healthy way. 

This disconnect can be tough to spot - you may not even realize that a disconnect is there at all. Very few corners of our culture teach us how to identify - and nurture - the mind-body connection (but they are growing!).

I have trained, and continue to train, in multiple therapeutic approaches:

I’ve found that this diverse blend of complementary styles opens up the therapy session for collaboration and exploration in a variety of ways. Through talk, in movement, on an inner journey, or simply through the breath.

Individual Therapy - $125/hr
Couple’s Therapy - $175/hr
